About Boat O’Craigo  

Boat O’Craigo is a second generation family-owned boutique winery nestled in Victoria's highly acclaimed Yarra Valley wine region. With vineyards in Healesville and Kangaroo Ground, we have specialised in hand-crafting bespoke, single vineyard wines for over 20 years. We have experienced huge growth and awareness in recent years, having just completed a major rebuild of our cellar door and function space. We are now one of the most loved premier wineries and venues in the Yarra Valley.

Our cellar door, located in the picturesque regional town of Healesville and at the foothills of the Black Spur ranges, is the true home of our brand. About the Role 

Join the team at Boat O’Craigo as a Junior Kitchenhand and become part of a fast-paced, supportive hospitality environment in the heart of the Yarra Valley. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking team player to assist with dishwashing, basic food preparation, kitchen cleaning and maintaining a smooth back-of-house service during restaurant and event operations. No extensive experience required — just a positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong work ethic.

Weekend availability is essential, with flexible hours available across lunches and events. If you thrive in a busy environment and enjoy being part of a close-knit team, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role 

Join the team at Boat O’Craigo as a Front of House Hospitality Team Member and work in one of the Yarra Valley’s most picturesque winery settings. We’re looking for warm, professional and energetic individuals to assist with restaurant service and events. The role includes greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, running service and helping create memorable guest experiences with genuine hospitality.

Hospitality experience is welcomed but not essential - we value positive attitudes, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Weekend availability is essential.
