Healesville Sanctuary

Run by Zoos Victoria, a not-for-profit conservation organisation dedicated to fighting wildlife extinction, the Healesville Sanctuary is a great place to see Dingos, Kangaroos, Wombats, Tasmanian Devils, Echnidas, Koalas.

Drive the Black Spur

Famous for its heady scenery of spectacular tall forests, the Black Spur winds its way up the Great Dividing Range. Lower the windows and savour the fragrance of the Australian bush as you pass through the forest.

Located on the corner of the Maroondah Highway and Lilydale Road, Four Pillars Gin Distillery are modern Australian gin makers, making the world's most delicious amnd awarded range of craft gins. Bookings are advisable for a table, although they do hold a limited number for small group walk ins, plus they do fancy G&T tastings, and also host great maker sessions and masterclasses.
