Trio of Soft Shell Tacos - $22

• Pulled Beef -Slow-cooked shredded beef, seasoned with cumin, garlic, chili powder, and a hint of smoked paprika. Topped with pickled red onions, fresh parsley, and a squeeze of lime.
• Chicken -Grilled chicken marinated in lime, garlic, and cumin. Paired with creamy avocado salsa, fresh tomatoes, and a sprinkle of parmesan.
• Mushroom -Marinated pulled King Oyster mushrooms. Served with crumbed cheese, sautéed capsicum, and a drizzle of cilantro lime crema.
